Kyle: How's that feel?
Cam: I feel more of a stretch on my left hamstring.
Kyle: Okay. More, more feel like you're loading this left side a little bit more? Let's see if there's something I can do about that. Alright. You're going to feel me trying to pull those knees together. Drive the knees to the outside. Same thing . . . hip hinge. Good . . . come back up. Go again. Don't let me pull those knees in. Drive those hips to the outside. Back up. How's it feel?
Cam: That's more even.
Kyle: More even . . . that's what I want. So get that same feel. We’re going to do a few more of them and I'm going to take the training wheels away. Okay? I want you to get what this feels like. Drive those knees. Drive those knees. Good. Alright. I'm going to lose this tension. You got an idea of what that felt like. I want you to try to reproduce it now without the band. All right, same thing. Load those hips and set back into it. Try to get that feel. Good. Back up. You’re losing the tailbone a little bit. Don't lose the tailbone.
