Upper Body Extension Rolling
For upper body extension rolling, start with both arms overhead and then bend the lead elbow. Looking at that elbow by turning your head and you're going to pretend that you cannot move from the waist down. You're going to initiate the rolling with your elbow and your head looking, keeping the legs completely relaxed. If you get stuck partway through, make sure you take a nice deep belly breath. And as you exhale out, you'll find it easier to continue on with the roll. Remember, the legs stay perfectly still the entire time, and they just go along and relax over.
